Prath Reddy is the President of Percent and was the company’s first hire in 2018, becoming instrumental in shaping the business and strategy. He brings over 15 years of expertise and experience in financial services to his role, specifically in investment banking and capital markets. At Percent, Prath oversees the revenue-generating and client-facing commercial operations, which include the Capital Markets, Credit, Compliance and Business Development teams. He is also CEO of Percent Securities, LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA, that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Percent which focuses on private securities transactions powered by Percent’s platform.

Prior to Percent, Prath held the title of Director at UBS Investment Bank within their Debt Capital Markets business. While at UBS, he was responsible for originating and structuring numerous fixed-income securities totaling more than $100 billion as a bookrunner for primarily investment grade U.S. corporate clients. Before UBS, Prath held both associate and analyst roles at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. In those roles, he was responsible for analyzing and executing on investment grade and high-yield bond financings for corporations. Over the course of his career, Prath was focused on corporate debt in public markets and that knowledge drives his understanding and desire to bring the same standardization and transparency to private markets.

Prath earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University. He also holds his Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 licenses with FINRA and is a CFA® charterholder.
